The first week of January I try to lock myself in my office and organize paperwork for the new year. I review my calendar, book travel, file papers that have never found a home, review print magazines that have been compiling on my desk (I can't keep up with Women's Wear Daily!), order supplies, finish thank you notes and basically clean up any loose ends. Time flies by for part of this week as I keep the USEF George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session streaming in the background; an event that is one of the most educational for all forward seat riders, regardless of age or specific discipline.
Productivity for me is accelerated by organization, education and physical wellness. Even though my desk currently looks like a bomb dropped on it because of this annual purge, just give me a few days and I will have created a clean office space, soaked in an awesome clinic and I will be fully prepared for 2017!
Salut!

SNACKS ON THE GO
D’S THE NO COW BAR
The last 3 years I have evolved my lifestyle around “more” of a plant based as well as a low glycemic diet, which works well for my active lifestyle. Over the last two months I have been traveling non-stop, which can make grabbing for junk food an easy option. Luckily, I stopped into a Nutrishop while in California and the salesperson introduced me to D’s No Cow Bar. These dairy free protein bars are made with organic brown rice and pea-proteins, prebiotic fiber, monk fruit and stevia.
My favorite flavor is peanut butter chocolate, specifically because of the cocoa nibs give them a great flavor and their size fits perfectly in my backpack. The consistency holds well in various temperatures and they keep me satisfied on the go.
